The One Love style is made entirely by hand using 100% sustainable natural jute - the “golden fibre” of Bangladesh. Jute grows freely without irrigation, absorbs carbon dioxide as it thrives and offers impressive natural strength for everyday use.
Each colourful jute bag is handwoven by skilled women in remote rural villages in southern Bangladesh. Creating each piece from their homes while caring for their families, these artisans earn a fair, direct income that supports independence and long-term security. Email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 30 days of receiving your full priced item and we will happily allow you to return your item for a refund, exchange for a store credit or a different item in-store. All items must be in original packaging, unused, unworn and in a re-saleable condition.
No refund on sale items but if the item is still available for sale on our website we are happy to exchange upon receipt of unworn sale items on an ad-hoc basis, email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au
