Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Changed your mind, or the size or the style isn't right for you?
We get it. Sometimes online shopping just doesn't work out as well as we'd like it to! Email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item and we will happily allow you to return your item for a refund, exchange for a store credit for the price you paid for the item or exchange for a different item in-store. All items must be unused or unworn and in a re-saleable condition.
No refund on sale items but we are happy to exchange or offer a Gift Voucher upon receipt of unworn sale items on an ad-hoc basis, so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request
A faulty or broken item?
Please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of the order date and we can arrange a refund, replacement or store credit.
