Apostle Hot Sauce

The Apostle Hot Sauce Collection is made from all local ingredients.  So local in fact, the peppers used are hand picked nearby and the Kawakawa leaves are from the makers own garden.

No artificial colours, preservatives, flavours or thickeners, instead relying on fresh ingredients to create a vibrant range of sauces that are as delicious as they are special, once you start using one of these sauces you'll be using it on absolutely everything!  Eggs, burgers, pork, grilled meat, rice dishes.  You name it.. you can splash it!
