Known around the world as the creators of the original handcrafted jute macramé bag, Jacksons London have spent more than 15 years perfecting their signature look. Every colourful jute bag is crafted by hand from 100% sustainable natural jute - the “golden fibre” of Bangladesh. This incredible material grows abundantly without irrigation, absorbs carbon dioxide while growing and is naturally strong and long-lasting.
Each macramé colourful jute bag is handwoven by women in remote rural villages in southern Bangladesh. These talented artisans work from their homes while caring for their families, earning a fair income that supports independence and stability. Jacksons London are committed to supporting education, healthcare and the livelihoods of these makers, who have become like extended family

Email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 30 days of receiving your full priced item and we will happily allow you to return your item for a refund, exchange for a store credit or a different item in-store. All items must be in original packaging, unused, unworn and in a re-saleable condition.
No refund on sale items but if the item is still available for sale on our website we are happy to exchange upon receipt of unworn sale items on an ad-hoc basis, email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au
