Each jute bag is made entirely by hand from 100% sustainable natural jute - the “golden fibre” of Bangladesh. It grows abundantly without irrigation, absorbs carbon dioxide as it grows and is naturally strong enough to handle daily adventures.
Every colourful jute bag is woven by skilled women in remote rural villages in southern Bangladesh. Working from their homes while supporting their families, these artisans earn a fair, direct income that helps build independence and long-term security. Jacksons London proudly invest in education, healthcare and the livelihoods of these makers, who have become like extended family

Email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 30 days of receiving your full priced item and we will happily allow you to return your item for a refund, exchange for a store credit or a different item in-store. All items must be in original packaging, unused, unworn and in a re-saleable condition.
No refund on sale items but if the item is still available for sale on our website we are happy to exchange upon receipt of unworn sale items on an ad-hoc basis, email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au
