Designed in Geelong and ethically made in a small, family-owned Balinese factory, each piece is created in small batches with care and craftsmanship. The strong, wide straps make it easy to carry, even when it’s filled to the brim

Email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 30 days of receiving your full priced item and we will happily allow you to return your item for a refund, exchange for a store credit or a different item in-store. All items must be in original packaging, unused, unworn and in a re-saleable condition.
No refund on sale items but if the item is still available for sale on our website we are happy to exchange upon receipt of unworn sale items on an ad-hoc basis, email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au
A faulty or broken item?
Please email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 30 days of the order date and we can arrange a full refund, replacement or exchange
