Why not give Jade and May Gift Card and let them choose something that they love?  Our gift cards can be purchased in store or online.  
Our Jade and May online gift cards are delivered by email to the purchaser who can then add in their own personal note and send them onto the lucky recipient.  The Gift Card can be redeemed online at check out using the exclusive code included on email attachment, or it can be used in person at our store located at 17a Rutland St, Newtown.
 
Physical gift cards can also be posted, if this is your preference and we will happily arrange for you - please just send us an email at hello@jadeandmay.com.au so we can get this processed for you.  
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees - either online or in store and we do not charge if you you would like it posted.

  • Orders under $120* - Standard Australia Wide Shipping $10 flat rate. Express Post $15
  • Orders over $120* - Free Standard Australia-wide shipping.  Express Post add-on $6
  • New Zealand* - Flat rate $20 for standard 
  • International Shipping* - proceed to check out to get a postage quote

Returns & Exchanges: 

Changed your mind, or the size or the style isn't right for you? 

We get it.  Sometimes online shopping just doesn't work out as well as we'd like it to!  Email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 30 days of receiving your full priced item and we will happily allow you to return your item for a refund, exchange for a store credit for the price you paid for the item or exchange for a different item in-store.  All items must be in original packaging, unused, unworn and in a re-saleable condition. 

No refund on sale items but if the item is still available for sale on our website we are happy to exchange or offer a Gift Voucher upon receipt of unworn sale items on an ad-hoc basis, so please email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au with your request

A faulty or broken item? Please email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 30 days of the order date and we can arrange a refund, replacement or store credit.
