Changed your mind, or the size or the style isn't right for you? We get it. Sometimes online shopping just doesn't work out as well as we'd like it to
Email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 30 days of receiving your full priced item and we will happily allow you to return your item for a refund, exchange for a store credit or a different item in-store. All items must be in original packaging, unused, unworn and in a re-saleable condition.
No refund on sale items but if the item is still available for sale on our website we are happy to exchange upon receipt of unworn sale items on an ad-hoc basis, email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au
A faulty or broken item?
Please email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 30 days of the order date and we can arrange a full refund, replacement or exchange

Returns on full priced, eligible items must be processed via email at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item. All return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer
Sorry, we cannot process exchanges for our international customers. If you would like a new size, colour or style please make a return and re-order your new item. Full priced items eligible only, as we do not offer returns on sale items
