Flat base with scalloped edge

A simple, sculptural piece with a softer finish. Our silver wire baskets are hand crocheted from stainless steel and shaped with a flat base so they sit neatly on any surface. The scalloped edging adds a gentle detail, giving the piece a more considered feel without overcomplicating it.

Made in Bali by an independent maker working from his own one man workshop, each wire basket is produced slowly and in small batches. Designed by us in Geelong, these wire baskets reflect a fair trade homewares approach that values thoughtful production and low waste.

The silver finish has a clean, understated sheen. Strong enough for everyday use, but light enough to move around the home as needed.

These small wire baskets work across different spaces. Use them for jewellery on a bedside, keys by the door, or to gather everyday bits and pieces that tend to float around. They also sit beautifully on their own, adding a layer of texture and shape.

Available in two sizes. Each piece will vary slightly, a reflection of the hand crocheted process.
