Made from porcelain, the mug has a creamy matte finish on the outside and a smooth gloss glaze inside. The handle retains the maker’s thumbprint, a lovely reminder of the hands behind each piece. The smiling face sits opposite the handle, so it can be enjoyed by both left and right-handed drinkers.

Email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au within 30 days of receiving your full priced item and we will happily allow you to return your item for a refund, exchange for a store credit or a different item in-store. All items must be in original packaging, unused, unworn and in a re-saleable condition and all return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer
No refund on sale items but if the item is still available for sale on our website we are happy to exchange upon receipt of unworn sale items on an ad-hoc basis, email us at hello@jadeandmay.com.au
