To request your Trade Account, please email hello@jadeandmay.com.au with your name, business name & address, ABN and your unique Trade Account discount code will be set and emailed to you within 24 hours. 

Trade Discount

You will receive your Trade Discount on any full-priced order, when the Jade and May branded products within the order equal $200 or more

Trade Shipping

Standard Trade Order shipping is approximately $15 within Australia.

For larger orders and bulky items, a shipping price will be calculated based on weight, dimensions and the delivery postcode. Free shipping for orders over $100 does not apply to orders placed under a trade account

Ordering a Large Quantity

If you would like to place an order for a large quantity, please contact us and we can calculate a special bulk price and calculate an approx shipping rate for you

Our Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy applies to Trade Orders.  Jade and May is unable to accept returns, refunds or change of mind (upon deposit payment) for special orders and bulk purchases.
